About Us
Doug Bartley
Doug Bartley is a Certified Environmental Specialist (CES-No. 14984) with over 30 years of managerial experience in the development, implementation and administration of an effective Regulatory Affairs Program. Doug has a broad based environmental and safety background which includes extensive experience in program and policy development, permitting, site assessments, remediation, hazardous waste management, business development, property acquisitions, hazard communications, risk management plans and crisis management. He is also an Accredited Emission Tester in Louisiana, and a Certified N. O. R. M. Inspector/Surveyor. Doug has been a company liaison with regulatory agencies, customers, trade associations and special-interest groups relative to safety and environmental issues. Since 1995, Doug has been the Owner/President of Bartley & Associates, now B.Envirosafe, Inc. Prior to starting his business, Doug worked for Bob Short & Associates, Endevco, Rosewood Resources, and Placid Oil Company. He is qualified and has experience in all of the following:

Randy Bartley
Randy Bartley is a Certified Master Trainer and ACTP-Certified Primary Administrator through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). He has over six years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry and has worked for ExxonMobil, Samson, and Bartley & Associates.
Randy has a BBA in Energy Management from the University of Oklahoma.
