117.9340. Compliance Schedule for East Texas Combustion.
(a)
The owner or operator of each stationary, reciprocating internal combustion engine subject to the requirements of Subchapter E, Division 4 of this chapter (relating to East Texas Combustion) shall comply with the requirements of Subchapter E, Division 4 of this chapter as soon as practicable, but no later than March 1, 2010.
(b)
The owner or operator of a stationary, reciprocating internal combustion engine that becomes subject to the requirements of Subchapter E, Division 4 of this chapter on or after March 1, 2010, shall comply with the requirements of Subchapter E, Division 4 of this chapter as soon as practicable, but no later than 60 days after becoming subject.
